WHERE IT ALL STARTED
As someone who lives with chronic health problems I know how much of a struggle things can be. They can make life really difficult and make you feel very isolated and it can be really difficult to smile. I set up the project after personally benefiting from similar ideas. I wanted to try make people in similar situations to me smile even if only for a short while.
APPLY FOR A PACKAGE
If you'd like to apply for a care package for yourself please feel free. The only criteria is you must live in the UK and suffer with a chronic illness, disability, mental health problem, special need and/or terminal illness; or aged under 18 live with a parent, guardian and/or sibling with any of the above; or aged under 18 and have suffered the loss of a parent, guardian and/or sibling
REQUEST A PACKAGE FOR SOMEONE ELSE
Do you know of someone living in the UK who has a chronic illness, disability, mental health problem, special need and/or terminal illness; or a child or young person under the age of 18 living with a parent, guardian and/or sibling with any of the above; or a child or young people under the age of 18 who has suffered the loss of a parent, guardian and/or sibling that could benefit from a care package? Please feel free to apply for them to receive one

If you would like to put together a care package for someone then please give me a message. I will give you their name, age, likes, dislikes, allergies and dietary requirements. I will also give you my address so you can send the package to me and I'll forward it on to them. Feel free to include a card, letter, photo etc. to show who has made it
